Opossum Coffee Company is a small-batch specialty coffee roaster rooted in South Mississippi and built on a love for great coffee, community, and Southern hospitality. Founded by husband-and-wife team Savanna and Jonathan Webb, Opossum Coffee began with a simple goal: make exceptional, freshly roasted coffee approachable and enjoyable for everyone.
We carefully source coffees from around the world and roast each batch to highlight the unique flavors of its origin. From smooth, chocolate-forward blends to bright and adventurous single-origin coffees, every bag is roasted with quality and consistency in mind.
Opossum Coffee Company serves both everyday coffee drinkers and businesses through retail and wholesale coffee, including cafés, restaurants, offices, and specialty retailers. Born from Lucedale Coffee House, our brand proudly represents where we come from while sharing globally inspired coffee far beyond our hometown.
