Les Moulins Saumur Blanc 2024 is fresh, lively, and full of energy, with citrus, a little orchard fruit, and a clean mineral edge that makes it incredibly food-friendly. We love it with fresh chèvre, something like our Jacquin Bûchettes aux Fleurs, or even alongside our smoked salmon — it just lifts everything up.
