A portion of the proceeds will be donated to The Mike Tice Foundation which supports Boys and Girls Clubs, including the Boys and Girls Club of Thurston and Mason Counties.

    Foolhardy Vintners, a small production, old-vine vineyard in Washington State, started with two friends with a shared love of wine. They set out to make the kinds of wine that they both enjoy: ripe and vibrant, balancing freshness and fruit parity. Join winemaker, Dan Sogg, for an evening of exceptional food and wine pairings. Dan will share the story behind Foolhardy Vintners and guide guests through the character, craftsmanship, and inspiration behind each featured wine. $220 per person. $50 deposit required to secure your reservation.

Reservation Policy

Large Party Reservations: If you are making a reservation for 9 or more people, we require a credit card deposit to make a reservation. The deposit is $35 per guest. Your deposit will be applied to your final bill. If you do not pay your deposit at least 24 hours before your reservation, the system will cancel your reservation. Cancellation Policy: Large-party reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours before the reservation. If you do not cancel and do not show up for your reservation, your deposit will not be refunded. If you have trouble making a large party reservation in the system, please email events@1889prime.com with your reservation and contact information, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that the system will not accommodate reservations for over 16 guests. Private Dining Room Reservations: Please email events@1889prime.com to reserve our private dining room. Please note that minimums apply to reserve the room. If you cannot make your reservation, please cancel as soon as possible. Reservations will be held for 10 minutes past the reserved time.
