Guided by a pioneering spirit and deep commitment to sustainable vineyard stewardship, Pepper Bridge crafts premium Bordeaux-style wines from 100% estate-grown grapes. For more than 25 years, their dedication to quality, innovation, and place has helped define the Walla Walla Valley as a world-class destination for wine lovers. The evening includes a four course dinner with wine pairings. Tickets are $175 per person. Reservations require a $50 per person deposit which is applied to your guest check.

Reservation Policy

Large Party Reservations: If you are making a reservation for 9 or more people, we require a credit card deposit to make a reservation. The deposit is $35 per guest. Your deposit will be applied to your final bill. If you do not pay your deposit at least 24 hours before your reservation, the system will cancel your reservation. Cancellation Policy: Large-party reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours before the reservation. If you do not cancel and do not show up for your reservation, your deposit will not be refunded. If you have trouble making a large party reservation in the system, please email events@1889prime.com with your reservation and contact information, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that the system will not accommodate reservations for over 16 guests. Private Dining Room Reservations: Please email events@1889prime.com to reserve our private dining room. Please note that minimums apply to reserve the room. If you cannot make your reservation, please cancel as soon as possible. Reservations will be held for 10 minutes past the reserved time.
