    We’re doing something a little different this time, we aren't just tasting bourbon; we are taking a trip. Penelope Bourbon has built an incredible reputation by taking their signature four-grain foundation and pushing the boundaries of cask finishing. Tonight, we’re pairing four distinct, hard-to-find expressions with four distinct global destinations, using an incredible culinary experience to bridge the gap between glass and plate. Here is the passport for our journey: First Stop — The Coast: We kick things off with Penelope Riviera, pairing its bright, wine-finished notes with a classic Charcuterie Board. Second Stop — The Islands: Next, we head south with Penelope Havana, served alongside a savory, flavor-packed Cuban Pork. Third Stop — South America: Moving right along, we pour Penelope Rio, matched with a rich, perfectly grilled Picanha Steak. Final Stop — Home: We’ll wrap up our tour with the rare and exceptional Penelope 17-Year Light American Whiskey, served right alongside a warm slice of spiced Apple Pie. Settle in, grab your first pour, and let’s explore what happens when exceptional blending meets global cask finishing. Cheers! A few quick details for the evening: Cocktails start flowing at 5:30 PM, and we will sit down for dinner promptly at 6:00 PM. The experience is $110 per person, with an additional 20% gratuity added. Online Reservation Request: If your party size exceeds the maximum online guest capacity, please call Rennick Meat Market to make your reservation. We cannot guarantee your reservation for your entire party if a request is left in the 'Special Request' section. When you make a reservation with us, we set aside a table and prepare for your arrival. As a small, family-owned business, no-shows or last-minute cancellations, especially for a larger party size, truly affect our ability to serve other guests and keep our operations running smoothly. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please give us a heads-up as soon as possible. Your reservation can be modified, rescheduled, or cancelled up to 2 hours before your reservation. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, you will be subject to a fee of $20 per person charged to the payment method used to secure this reservation.
