Made entirely out of botanicals that can be foraged in NJ Tasting Notes: floral, honeydew The botanicals in this gin were collected over the past year with help by Wild Serenity Walks. Some are not just native plants, but invasive plants; some only had a foraging season of a few weeks, making them rare.

This new elevator spirit is a distilled whitbeer based on a Whitbeer recipe from Kane Brewing. Their Whitbeer was brewed with Belgian pilsner malt, along with a blend of malted and unsalted wheat and oats. It's hopped with German Hersbrucker hops and spiced with orange peel and coriander. We distilled the beer, barrel conditioned it on bananas, redistilled with coriander and sweetened barley malt.
