The Bourbon BarTucked inside our dining room, our Bourbon Bar is a proper place to settle in — a good pour, a classic cocktail, dinner at the table, and nowhere else you need to be. Our collection includes: 🥃 45+ antique & rare bourbons 🥃 10+ allocated selections 🥃 40+ limited-distribution bourbons 🥃 80+ everyday bourbons & ryes Enjoy a bourbon neat, over an ice block, in a classic cocktail, or let us pour you one of our bourbon flights. Prefer something else? We offer beer, cocktails, and full-service dinner right at the bar. Open every Friday & Saturday evening. Our bartenders and most of our serving staff are trained Bourbon Stewards through the Stave & Thief Society Society, bringing a little knowledge to every pour. Come for the bourbon. Stay for dinner.
