    Highwest Whiskey Dinner

    Join us on the Thursday November 5th for our World of Spirits dinner featuring High West whiskey! Hosted by our Beverage Director Drew. Each tasting features multiple pours perfectly paired with delicious bites created by Chef Ashley. High West Distillery was founded in 2006 by David Perkins and his wife, Jane. David, a former biochemist, was inspired to open his own distillery after seeing the parallels between the fermentation and distilling process and his own work in biochemistry during a trip to a whiskey distillery in Kentucky. In 2004, David and his family relocated to Park City, Utah to begin their new venture, where they began distilling in 2007. They chose Park City because of David’s love of the Old West and Utah’s little-known whiskey history. Space is limited, so be sure to sign up today and join us for a fun evening of great drinks, incredible food, and something new each month! $95 per person (plus tax & gratuity)

We’re so glad you’re joining us! If your plans change, please call us to cancel at least 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate others. Thank you! Allotted time per reservation: 1-2 Guests: 90 minute table limit 3-6 Guests: 2 hour table limit 7+ Guests: 2 hours 30 minutes table limit For parties of 7-12, or to book a specific table, please contact us using the form at https://www.hillmontauburn.com/#contact. For private bookings, please contact us using the form at https://www.hillmontauburn.com/#contact. For parties of 6 or larger, a 20% service charge will be automatically added to your final bill.
