To ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests, please review our reservation guidelines: RESERVATIONS For parties of 5 or more, please call us directly at 715-358-0820 between 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM so we can best accommodate your group. Please note: multiple online reservations made to create a larger party (for example, two reservations of 4 for a party of 8) may not be able to be accommodated. HOLDING YOUR TABLE We will hold reservations for 15 minutes past the scheduled time. After this window, your table may be released to waiting guests. Please call us if you are running late — we’ll do our best to accommodate. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOWS We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may impact your ability to book future reservations. For certain dates or large parties, we may require a credit card to hold the reservation. A cancellation fee (e.g., $20 per guest) may apply for no-shows. DINING TIME To ensure all guests enjoy timely service, standard reservation times are: 1.5 hours for parties of 2–4 2 hours for parties of 5–8 SPECIAL REQUESTS Please note dietary needs, seating preferences, or celebration details when booking.
