To help us accommodate everyone comfortably, we kindly ask that all reservations follow the guidelines below: Reservations • Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends and for parties of four or more. • Walk-ins are always welcome and will be seated based on availability. • Reservations may be made online or by contacting us directly. Arrival & Hold Times • Please arrive on time for your reservation. • We offer a 15-minute grace period before releasing the table to waiting guests. • If running late, please call us—we’ll do our best to accommodate. Party Size • For parties of 8 or more, a credit card may be required to hold the reservation. • Large parties may be split into multiple tables depending on availability and layout. • For groups of 10+, we recommend contacting us in advance for the best experience. Cancellations & No-Shows • We respectfully ask for at least 2 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. • No-shows or last-minute cancellations for large parties may incur a fee. Dining Time • To ensure every guest has the opportunity to enjoy our space, reservations are allotted approximately 90 minutes for parties of 2–4 and up to 2 hours for larger groups. Special Requests • We do our best to honor seating preferences, including piano-side seating or lounge tables, but availability cannot be guaranteed. • Please let us know of any accessibility needs or special occasions. 21+ Policy • Black Dog Distillery is a 21+ establishment. Valid ID is required for entry. Outside Food & Beverages • Outside food or beverages are not permitted, with the exception of pre-approved celebration cakes (subject to a plating fee).
