This bourbon is crafted entirely from 100% New York-grown grains and is mashed, fermented, distilled, barreled, and bottled at our distillery in Lakewood, New York. Our first batches were distilled in the fall of 2015, then carefully aged for over a decade. The result is well worth the wait—this expression is our most exceptional yet, showcasing the hallmarks of a finely aged bourbon: deep complexity, a rich and silky mouthfeel, refined oak character, and a long, warming finish. Notes of dark fruit, toasted spice, leather, and vanilla unfold with each sip, offering a full sensory experience that bourbon aficionados truly appreciate.

We’ve been serving this cocktail in our tasting room since our doors opened. It’s a timeless classic made with our Smoked Bourbon, Marasca cherry syrup, and Aztec Chocolate Bitters. This is simply cocktail sophistication in a 750ml bottle.

This whiskey was distilled and bottled to the standards of Empire Rye. We started with New York State rye and corn and then aged this spirit for 6 years in new open-air-seasoned Canton Spirit white oak barrels with a #4 char. The long-aged spirit's easy finish, with notes of dark fruits, black pepper, worn leather, and old books, is perfect for a Manhattan.

The true beauty of having both a distillery and a brewery? We get to marry beautiful things together. Our crew at Southern Tier Brewing Company brew beer with copious amounts of piney hops. We take the wort from the brewing process and ferment, dry hop, and distill it into this uniquely aromatic and award winning spirit. 42% ABV / 84 Proof

Toasted Bourbon is double barreled for a richly aromatic and nuanced expression of our award-winning Straight Bourbon Whiskey. First, aged in new charred oak, then finished in toasted oak barrels. The second barrel soaking reveals subtle cereal wheat notes alongside hints of rich caramel, vanilla, and tobacco. Aromas of freshly chopped oak and crisp fallen leaves mingle among spices and an earthy nuttiness seems to leap from the glass.
