Evolve Brewing by Aces & AlesThe Bend

Thank you for choosing us! If plans change, please cancel your reservation as soon as possible. Please note that while we do our best to accommodate specific table requests (such as 21+ Bar or patio seating), final seating is subject to availability upon arrival. Outdoor seating is weather-permitting, and we hold tables for a 15-minute grace period. See you soon!

Come in and enjoy our scratch kitchen! Evolve Brewing recently won the Best Microbrewery and Best Brewpub awards in the Best of Las Vegas 2025 competition.
