    Aiko’s is a family-inspired Japanese fusion food truck in Missoula, Montana, offering a rotating menu of dishes crafted from cherished family recipes. Signature items include Chicken Karaage, Korokke, and Mochi Donuts. Established in 2021 to honor the legacy of Aiko Tatsuhara, the grandmother of the owner, Aiko’s aims to bring people together through the joy of food.
