• Group Size Limit For parties larger than 8 people, please contact the restaurant directly and speak with a manager to make arrangements. Any reservation or call-ahead placed online for more than 8 people—including those that include a special request for additional guests—will be automatically rejected or canceled. • Special Requests While we strive to accommodate special requests (such as seating preferences or dietary restrictions), they are not guaranteed. Please contact the restaurant directly for any urgent or specific requirements. Any reservations that comment more people in the party than allowed online in the “special requests section” will be rejected. • Reservation Confirmation Reservations are confirmed via email or text message. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact the restaurant directly to ensure your reservation has been successfully processed. • Reservation Time We kindly ask that you arrive promptly at your reservation time. If you anticipate being late, please contact the restaurant to inform us. Reservations with no communication (no-call/no-show) will be automatically canceled 15 minutes after the scheduled reservation time. • Grace Period We allow a 15-minute grace period for reservations. After this time, if no communication has been made, your reservation will be considered a no-show, and your table may be given to other guests. • Reservation Changes and Cancellations If your plans change and you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation as soon as possible to allow others the opportunity to book. Changes to your reservation, including adjustments in the number of guests, should also be communicated directly to the restaurant. • Holiday, Special Event, and Weekend Reservations Please note that we have limited availability for reservations during weekends, local concerts, UFC Fight Nights, College Football games, NFL games, NFL Sunday Ticket games, and other local special events. During these times, we recommend booking well in advance, as same-day reservations may not be accommodated. Additionally, we may require a deposit or credit card hold to secure your reservation, and failure to cancel within the specified time or a no-show may result in a cancellation fee. Note: weekend reservation policy varies by location – please contact us for more information. • Table Holding Policy Due to high demand, we may not be able to hold tables for an extended time, especially during peak hours or special events. Please be aware that if you arrive late, your seating may be delayed or forfeited. • Seating Requests We do our best to accommodate seating preferences (e.g., outdoor, booth, window), but these requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability upon arrival. • Large Party Reservations For large parties or private events, please contact the restaurant at least one week in advance to discuss availability, set menus, and additional accommodations.
