AKAMI SUSHI

I have traveled all over the world and this takes the cake for best sushi I’ve ever had in the states. From the ambiance, welcoming staff, variety of options, and the QUALITY!? The namesake Akami roll is pricey but worth the splurge. If you have to pick one place to try while visiting LA/ Pasadena area this is it. I had the Akami roll, barracuda nigiri, aburi sampler (omg..), and albacore carpaccio. If you’re a matcha lover the matcha crème brulee is a must also. I left absolutely stuffed and cannot wait to go back on my next visit!
