Welcome to Alchemy, where elevated comfort food meets the warmth of Gold Country hospitality. Located in the heart of historic Murphys, we celebrate the best of California's Sierra Foothills with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, handcrafted cocktails, regional wines, and genuine hospitality. Our menu features thoughtfully prepared dishes that are both familiar and refined-- classic comfort food reimagined with seasonal ingredients, bold flavors, and a chef-driven touch. Whether you're joining us for a casual lunch, date night, a special celebration, or an evening of live music, we invite you to relax, gather around the table, and enjoy an experience that's as memorable as it is welcoming. We look forward to sharing our table with you.
