Thank you for choosing Allister! Inspired by Pacific Northwest hospitality, Allister is a warm neighborhood restaurant and cocktail bar in downtown Mercer Island. From our opening in 2024, we’ve believed that a truly great community flourishes when its people can come together regularly around the table. Headed by Executive Chef, Joel Childs, we serve scratch-made American cuisine highlighting the season’s best local ingredients, simple and high-quality fare crafted without pretense.
