Join us for a hands-on crudo class where we’ll break down what crudo actually is, how to work with fresh fish, and how to build a beautiful raw-fish dish at home.
We’ll be making 3 different crudos:
🧡Salmon
🤍Hamachi
🩷Ahi
So… what even is crudo?
Crudo simply means “raw” in Italian and Spanish. Unlike sashimi, which traditionally refers to simply sliced raw fish, crudo is all about the preparation and seasoning of the raw fish.
Think high-quality fish with things like citrus, olive oil, salt, herbs, chile, or other fun toppings.
And it’s incredibly simple to make.
If you love raw fish, crudo is one of those dishes that can look restaurant-level impressive without requiring complicated cooking techniques. There’s nothing you need to actually cook.
