If you are unable to make it, please cancel your reservation as soon as you know you are not coming.

Amata Modern Thai brings chef-driven Thai cuisine to Spring Valley, led by Executive Chef Pinyo, formerly of Hakkasan Las Vegas. We highlight authentic Northern Thai flavors with modern, elevated presentation, most notably our Bone Marrow Short Rib Khao Soi, featuring braised short rib and a roasted bone marrow "canoe" that's torched tableside for a dramatic, aromatic finish. Another signature is our Spicy Beef Carpaccio, a bright and spicy Northern Thai interpretation made with thin-sliced tenderloin, lime, chili, and crispy shallots. At Amata, expect premium ingredients, refined techniques, and warm hospitality in a stylish, welcoming space.
