The Anderson Paso Presents:
Winemaker’s Dinner featuring Colori Wines
Thursday, November 5 | The Anderson Paso
Celebrate the 2026 harvest season and join us for a night of Italian-inspired wines and paired dinner at The Anderson Paso.
Our Winemaker’s Dinner features resident Fortress Custom Crush winemaker Harry Hall, founder of Colori Wines, whose small-production wines celebrate Italian varieties through classic winemaking, thoughtfully sourced fruit and a low-intervention approach that lets each wine show its true colors.
Throughout the evening, Harry will share the story behind Colori, the vineyards, the wines and a winemaking journey that began with an old truck traded for a truck bed full of fruit. Each pour will be thoughtfully paired with a seasonal multi-course dinner from Chef Logan Ring, created to bring the wines and flavors of the evening together.
Come for the wine, stay for the stories and experience an intimate night celebrating great food, small-production winemaking and a little Italian spirit, all inside the First Castle on the Right, just off 46 West in Paso Robles wine country.
Limited seating, reservations required.
The Anderson Paso accepts reservations online for parties of up to 8 guests. For larger parties, please call (805) 226-5060.
If you are unable to make your reservation, or are running late, please cancel your reservation online or give us a call to see if we can move your time.
