To ensure a seamless and exceptional dining experience for all our guests, please review our reservation policies below before booking. 1. Arrival & Grace Period 15-Minute Grace Period: We hold reservations for a maximum of 15 minutes. If your party has not arrived within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, your reservation will be marked as a no-show, and the table will be released to waiting guests. Complete Parties: To be seated, your entire party must be present. We cannot seat partial groups to ensure smooth service and fairness to all waiting guests. 2. Dining Time Limits To ensure we can accommodate all scheduled reservations throughout the day, we politely request that guests respect our standard dining time limits: Parties of 1–4:1 hour and 30 minutes Parties of 5+: 2 hours 3. Outdoor & Patio Seating Our beautiful modern garden patio is a guest favorite! While we always do our best to accommodate seating preferences (Indoor vs. Outdoor), patio seating is not guaranteed and is subject to daily availability and weather conditions. 4. Cancellations & Modifications If your plans change or your party size decreases, please update your reservation via Toast or call us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to open the space for other diners. 5. Large Groups (Parties of 6 or More) For large group bookings, special events, or parties requiring custom accommodations, please contact the restaurant directly so our management team can assist you with availability and coordination.
