Rice | Milk | Cinnamon | Snickerdoodle - We make a snickerdoodle cookie and combine it with our rice, milk, and cinnamon gelato (Cotton) to create this all-time favorite.

Brown Butter + Chocolate Chip Cookies - We make our own brown butter and turn it into a gelato base, then fold in homemade chocolate chip cookies (gf).

Caramel | Salt | Chocolate - Made with three pounds of homemade salted caramel in each batch, this salted caramel classic is one of our most popular fabrics. In this variation, we fold dark chocolate into the salty sweet gelato.

Chocolate | Chocolate Brownie | Raspberry Jam - Our classic chocolate/chocolate brownie gelato but we replace the chocolate ganache with in-house made raspberry jam. Ok to enjoy with someone special or alone.

A banana gelato made with 10 to 15 bananas in each batch. We melt 60% dark chocolate and drizzle it into the gelato. The chocolate freezes into little chunks that are in every bite.
