Banana | Vietnamese Coffee - Inspired by a banana latte, we combine over 3 pounds of fresh bananas with Vietnamese coffee from Saigon Coffee.

Vanilla | Cinnamon | Caramel | Cake - Made in collaboration with Nectarine Grove, we start with a vanilla gelato base and then add ribbons of homemade cinnamon caramel. Finally, we sprinkle in cake bits. Each bite is like you're eating a cinnamon roll.

Pistachio | Chocolate - Over 2 pounds of whole, roasted California pistachios combined with chunks of dark chocolate

Honey | Butter | Cornbread - This honey butter gelato uses award winning Mikolich Family Honey and combines with a homemade gluten-free cornbread.

Lemon | Almond | Cherry - Fresh squeezed lemon juice (juiced the same day) is combined with in-house made almond butter and in-house made cherry jam. Not your average vegan sorbet.

Buttermilk | Chocolate - Buttermilk does to chocolate what salt does to caramel: it enhances the taste and makes it more vivid. Its gentle acidity cuts through richness and keeps cocoa from tasting heavy or flat. Callebaut Plein Arôme cocoa is aromatic, full-bodied cocoa, so you get a deep chocolate flavor against that slight buttermilk tang. This gelato tastes simultaneously richer and brighter than a conventional chocolate gelato.

Banana | Dark Chocolate - A banana gelato made with 10 to 15 bananas in each batch. 60% dark chocolate is melted down and drizzled into the gelato as it comes out of the machine, where it freezes into little chunks that are in every bite.
