I want to give a huge shoutout to Abdul at the Abu Omar Sugar Land location for his exceptional customer service and all of his help with my order. Even while he was busy preparing another order, he still took the time to call me back personally to make sure everything was handled correctly. Abdul was extremely patient, professional, and thorough in explaining everything and confirming the details for the two family platters that I ordered. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about getting every detail right and making sure the customer is satisfied. The service was outstanding, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. Thank you again, Abdul, for going above and beyond — it is greatly appreciated!
