Apulia1319 Washington Street

Apulia is a small, independently owned & operated business that was founded by Master Pizzaiolo Francesco Curci of Bari, Italy & Frank Sciacca. Our mission is to consistently achieve the quality that has made this cuisine amongst the most popular around the world without sacrificing integrity. We create our product using natural ingredients and foods without engineering, biological alteration or unnatural preservatives. We believe strongly in respect for what has come before us and what will come after. We hope you find commonality in our space and enjoy your time being away from the modern world, while you're here.
