At Arabisca Café, we aim to seat all our guests as promptly and fairly as possible. When our restaurant is at full capacity, we operate a waitlist system to ensure an organized and smooth guest experience. 1. Joining the Waitlist • Guests may join the waitlist in person or by phone (if available). • A name, party size, and contact number are required. • Wait times are estimates and may vary depending on table turnover and party sizes. 2. Waitlist Holding Time • Once a table is ready, we will call or text the guest. • Guests will have 10 minutes to return or check in before the table is offered to the next party. • If a guest does not respond or return within the holding time, their name will be moved to the bottom of the list. 3. Special Requests • We will do our best to accommodate special requests (e.g., outdoor seating, booths), but they may increase wait time. • Priority is given based on the order of arrival or check-in, not seating preferences. 4. Large Parties • For groups of 6 or more, we recommend calling in advance to check availability. • Larger parties may experience longer wait times due to limited table configurations. 5. No Reservations • We currently do not accept reservations. Seating is strictly first-come, first-served via the waitlist system. 6. Respect & Courtesy • We ask all guests to be patient and respectful toward our staff and other guests. • Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the waitlist.
