Join us at Aranya Acres for a four-course degustation built around Four Pillars' cult-favourite Bloody Shiraz Gin — the famous Yarra Valley pour steeped in shiraz grapes until it turns a deep, magical purple. Each course arrives with its own Bloody Shiraz cocktail, from a bright blood-orange spritz to open the night, through a spiced plum sour and a flamed-orange negroni, to a velvet nightcap to close. On the plate, the menu moves from garden to farm — tea-smoked duck with blood orange, twice-cooked pork belly with spiced plum, and slow-braised beef cheek in Bloody Shiraz jus — with a full vegetarian journey at every course, finishing on a dark chocolate & Bloody Shiraz crémeux (or spiced poached pear, if that's more your evening). $185 per person — four courses, four cocktails, veg & non-veg options throughout.
