Currently, it is comprised of a really great decaffeinated coffee from Huila, Colombia.

We are excited to bring back this coffee from the Los Dos Socios farm in Guatemala for the fourth year now! Don Concepción Villatoro Matias purchased the Los Dos Socios farm in 1990, and since then has been producing excellent coffee! Look for notes of milk chocolate, tangerine, cherry, candied walnut, and nougat.

This excellent microlot is from the Gachatha Farmers Cooperative Society in Nyeri. In the cup, look for flavors of berry, nectarine, cocoa, molasses and warm spice with a crisp, orange acidity and silky body. This is a delicious summertime treat!

Offerings from this micromill have made their way onto our menu many times over the years, and have always been a favorite among both staff and customers. The owners of the mill have taken many risks and have experimented in order to make unique flavor profiles for their coffees. This densely sweet and juicy cup features a tart, orange acidity alongside blueberry, sweet almond, black tea and floral flavors.

Our beloved summertime seasonal blend is back! This year's version consists of two great coffees from Colombia and DR Congo and is designed to be pleasantly sweet, fruity, and bright. We love the flavors of berries, orange, vanilla - a perfect compliment to these hot summer days! We have selected these coffees and roasted them in such a way as to work equally well as cold brew, batch brew and espresso. This coffee comes from Gakenke Washing Station in the highlands of Kayanza. It was founded in 1991, and has since established a reputation for quality. The lot is gathered from 2667 different producers, and each farm is about ¼ acre in size. The coffee is grown alongside bananas, beans, yams, taro & cassava, both for sale and for household use. This lot is comprised of the bourbon variety, known for its sweetness & clarity in the cup. This, along with meticulous sorting and processing, leads to phenomenal results in the cup! This coffee is absolutely delicious and offers notes of green apple, burnt sugar, raisin and plum with a tart acidity and silky body.

This is a phenomenal, single-variety offering from producer Roberto Herrera. Expect a crisp, juicy and floral cup with limeade, mango and wild honey flavors with a deep, lingering sweetness. Certified Organic.
