A sky-high burger with a Beef Patty, Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Grilled Onions, Bacon, Fried Egg, Grilled Pineapple, BBQ Sauce and Mayo. (No modifications allowed! Otherwise, it's not an Aussie Burger!!)

Rubbed with middle eastern spices, crusted with Dukkah and served on a bed of Moroccan Chickpeas, Israeli Cous Cous and Sweet Potatoes.

Wild caught Red Prawns, tossed in Garlic Butter, Cherry Tomatoes and Baby Spinach.

Chicken tenders breaded in Shredded Coconut, Herbs and Parmesan Cheese. Served with Excalibur Fries.

Beer Battered Australian Barramundi Filets. Served with Excalibur Fries and House-Made Tartare Sauce.

Pork and Veal Meatballs, Italian Herbs, served with a Romesco Sauce.

Piri Piri marinated Confit Chicken, finished in our Stone Oven. Served with Roasted Zucchini, Vine Ripened Tomatoes and Chimichurri.

Marinated Zucchini, Eggplant and Sweet Potato. Served atop a Puffed Pastry with Spicy Relish, Grilled Cherry Tomatoes and Crispy Chickpeas.

Shortbread topped with Australian-style caramel and macadamia nuts and a chocolate ganache drizzle
