Our signature salad with the famous tangy lemon dressing features chopped romaine, red onions, radishes, smoked feta cheese, crispy pita chips, seasonal peppers, cucumber, pomegranate seeds, sumac.

Three of our favorite dips served together with our delicious bazlama flatbread: labneh (rich yogurt) muhamarra (red pepper, walnuts, pomegranate) baba ghanoush (eggplant, garlic, tahini) *labneh & bazlama bread contain dairy *muhamarra contains walnuts *sesame on bazlama bread. All items (except labneh) contain alliums.

4 pieces of "cigars" (Tunisian Briwat) are filled with braised lamb, gruyere, cremini mushrooms, alliums - wrapped with a crispy feuille de bric dough, seasoned with berbere, cinnamon, and dipped in ground pistachio "ash". A playful & unique mezze!

Speck ham and shredded chicken are folded into a rich bechamel sauce, molded into ovals, and breaded with panko. Served with a quince marmalade & parmesan.

Made from scratch daily, we combine chickpea, green lentil, alliums, cumin, garlic, green onions, parsley & cilantro - and form them in to the familiar falafel rounds. They are browned to perfection in our fryer, and then topped with a tangy red pepper and caper sauce, garlic yogurt, sesame seeds. A big step up from your typical falafel! No flour or gluten is used in the binding of the falafel, but there is risk of gluten cross-contamination in our fryer. Vegetarian, available vegan without yogurt sauce.

Our buttermilk marinated chicken kebab us one of our signature dishes here at Barcha! Chicken thigh is cooked over our specialty charcoal grill, served atop a crispy bed of mujadara rice (lentils, brown basmati, caramelized onions) and topped with a flavorful mix of seasonal peppers and caramelized onions, garlic yogurt sauce and cilantro.
