🔥 Ravin’ Firepit VIP Experience – Terms & Conditions By purchasing a VIP Firepit Experience, guests agree to the following terms: 🎟️ Admission & Access VIP access is limited to designated firepit areas only Entry includes admission for one guest and one dog (if applicable) All guests must comply with BarkHaven rules and policies 🍔 Food & Beverage VIP includes an all you can eat banquet style food offering available during designated service times A drink package is included, where each guest selects one option: Beer bucket Seltzer bucket 5 well drinks Drink options are non transferable and cannot be exchanged for other items No outside food or beverages permitted 💵 Payments, Taxes & Gratuity A $30 deposit is required to reserve each VIP Firepit Experience spot The remaining balance will be due at the event VIP pricing does not include applicable sales tax A 20 percent gratuity will be added to the final balance Taxes and gratuity will be calculated based on the remaining balance, not the initial deposit ⏱️ Timing VIP access is valid for the duration of the event only (6PM – 2AM) Food service times may be limited or scheduled at management’s discretion 🔥 Firepit Area Rules Firepit seating and space is shared among VIP guests Space is first come, first served within the designated VIP section Guests must follow all safety guidelines when around firepit areas 🐾 Dog Policy All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and meet BarkHaven requirements Dogs must be well behaved and non aggressive BarkHaven reserves the right to remove any dog or guest that poses a safety concern 💸 Refunds & Transfers All VIP purchases are final and non refundable Tickets may be transferred with prior approval from management 🚫 Conduct BarkHaven reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest for inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or failure to follow venue rules No refunds will be issued in these cases 🌧️ Event Changes Event details, including layout and offerings, are subject to change In the event of weather or unforeseen circumstances, adjustments may be made to ensure guest safety and experience
