We slow smoke 1/2 chickens using local mesquite wood, and baste them in our house-made Mole BBQ Sauce.

Poblano peppers are roasted over an open fire, Monterey Jack Cheese is diced, and along with garlic and spices is mixed together with the perfect blend of beef and pork for our house made Chile-Relleno Sausages!

All-beef sausage smoked to perfection with a mix of garlic and spices including a whole bottle of Agua Chiltepin (The Original Fiery Elixir) in every batch. This is a 7 on a 1-10 scale of spiciness.

Our vegetarian option! We don't just pour bbq sauce on Jackfruit and call it good! We fry, then smoke jackfruit for 2 hours and simmer it with a blend of mushrooms, garlic, green chilis, and onions. That is when we call it good!

We buy these from a guy that sells them out of the back of his car. He is usually parked in one of the alleys in the neighborhood. We are still not sure exactly what is in them but they are so good.
