Bay Street Yard is proud to offer The Loft, an exclusive second-level space for VIP seating and unique experiences. Reservations guarantee space based on group size. Reservations do not guarantee which space your group will be assigned to. Please note your preferences on the reservation; our team will make every effort to accommodate! Parties under 10 guests who would like to reserve a section should select "10" as your party size. You will receive 10 wristbands to use upon arrival regardless of if you have fewer in your party. Bring your friends or make new ones to join you! • Parties of 1-10 will be assigned to a suite • Parties of 11-18 will be assigned to a suite and rail or high-top section. • Parties of 19-26 will be assigned to a suite, rail, and high-top section. Please note: As Loft sections are booked based on party size, it's possible that when booking a party of 10 with the intention of securing a suite, you may have a separate group in front of you at the rail. If wishing for your group of under 10 to have access to a suite and the rail, it must be booked as a party of 11-18 online. -- GUEST COUNT & WRISTBANDS: Upon arrival, you will be provided with a set number of wristbands based on the space reserved. If you book a suite (seating up to 10), but only have 8 in attendance - we will still provide 10 wristbands. However, guest counts exceeding your space's capacity without prior management approval will not be honored. If anticipating more guests than your original reserved capacity, please call or email us no less than 24 hours prior to your reservation. If additional seating is available, we'll work with you directly to update your reservation & deposit. - - DEPOSITS: Deposits represent the minimum food & beverage spend required to secure your reservation based on the size of your group. When you arrive for your reservation, the deposit will be refunded. Due to the nature of our venue, Food Tabs and Beverage Tabs are rang separately. Our associates will ensure the combined total meets your minimum spend requirement before presenting the final tabs. For example: If you make a $300 deposit today, you will be refunded $300 upon checking in to your reservation. Our beverage servers will start a tab for drinks, and a Food Truck server will start one for Food. Combined, the two checks must represent a $300 subtotal spend to meet the reservation requirements. - - FOOD: Food is purchased from the trucks separately from your beverage tab. Food purchases do apply against your overall minimum spend, however will be charged separately from Beverage. -- PRIVATE PARTIES: Looking to host a larger gathering?
