Here’s what to know before you book: • Making a reservation: Book online through our website, or https://tables.toasttab.com/restaurants/09a0fb9e-8a07-4728-8365-767e0afc345b/findTime or call us at 415-669-8018. Reservations open 30 days in advance. • Arrival and grace period: We hold reserved tables for 15 minutes. After that, your table may be released to guests on the waitlist. If you’re running late, give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. • Complete parties: We seat complete parties only, so please plan to arrive together. • Party size changes: Let us know as soon as possible if your group grows or shrinks. We can’t always fit additional guests at the same table on short notice. • Parties of 1–6: No credit card required. We’ll send a reminder text the day before. If your plans change, please use the link to cancel or call us. • Parties of 7 or more: A credit card is required to hold your reservation. Nothing is charged at booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, will be charged $20 per person. • Holidays and special events: For holidays and special events, a credit card is required for all party sizes, and some events require a prepaid deposit that is applied to your bill. Details and cancellation terms will be shown when you book. • Hotel guests: Guests staying at Tomales Bay Resort & Marina can reserve without a separate credit card. Please let us know your room number when booking. • Private events and buyouts: Please contact us at events@tomalesbayresort.com for private dining and event bookings. These are handled under a separate event agreement. • Special requests: Note any dietary needs, accessibility requests, or celebrations when you book. We’ll do our best to honor seating preferences, but we can’t guarantee specific tables. • Walk-ins welcome: Don’t have a reservation? Join our waitlist, and our bar seating is first-come, first-served. We understand that emergencies happen. If something comes up, please call us. We’re always happy to work with you.
