Hold Time: Once notified, we will hold your table for 10 minutes. Complete Parties: To serve you best, we will seat your party once all guests have arrived. 1. Booking & Payments Advance Booking: Reservations are highly recommended and can be made online or in-person. Walk-ins are subject to availability. Payment at Booking: To secure your bay or simulator, a 100% non-refundable prepayment is required at the time of booking. Check-In: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your start time. This allows for check-in, equipment setup, and safety briefings. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the reserved time to receive a refund or full credit toward a future booking. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the pre-payment. No-Shows: If a party does not arrive within 15 minutes of their start time, the reservation will be cancelled, the full booking fee will be forfeited, and the bay may be reassigned to walk-in guests. 3. Time Slots & Extensions Prompt Finish: Your session ends exactly at the scheduled time to allow for cleaning and the next guest’s arrival. We cannot extend sessions for late arrivals. Extensions: If you wish to stay longer, please alert staff 15 minutes before your session ends. Extensions are subject to availability and will be charged at the standard hourly rate. 4. Large Groups & Events Parties of 6+: Reservations for large groups or corporate events require a signed contract and a 7-day cancellation notice for a full refund of the deposit. Gratuity: A 20% automatic gratuity may be applied to the final bill for parties of 6 or more utilizing the simulator bays and food/beverage service. 5. Equipment & Behavior Right of Refusal: Flight Time at Bearfoot reserves the right to cancel a reservation or remove guests without a refund if safety policies (e.g., horseplay, underage drinking, or equipment misuse) are violated.

Payment Requirement: 100% of the session fee is due at the time of reservation. We accept all major credit cards and Flight Time gift cards through our secure online portal. • Confirmation: Your "Flight Plan" is not confirmed until payment is processed. You will receive an automated email receipt—this is your boarding pass! 2. Arrival & Late Starts • Check-In: Please arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your start time. This ensures you get your full time of play. • The "Hard Start" Rule: Because sessions are pre-paid and often back-to-back, your time slot begins and ends exactly as scheduled. We cannot extend sessions for late arrivals. • No-Shows: If you do not arrive for your session, the full pre-payment is forfeited.
