Reservations
If no reservation is made, the party must wait for the next available table that can accommodate the group size.
A majority of the party (more than 50%) must be present before the party may be seated.
Guests are welcome to remain at the bar or patio while they wait for party to arrive.
Reservations include a 10-minute grace period to arrive.
Reservations are available from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Any Reservations after 8pm must be made through call, email, or social media contact.
A 18% automatic gratuity will be applied to every party of 6+.
Age Requirement
All guests must be 21 years of age or older.
Dress Code
To maintain the atmosphere of Bear Hug Bar, the following attire is not permitted:
Athletic wear, including:
Gym shorts.
Tank tops or cut-offs.
Clothing with offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate language or imagery.
Excessively revealing attire, including but not limited to:
Undergarments worn as outerwear.
Transparent clothing without proper coverage.
Sagging pants or shorts worn below the waistline that expose undergarments
Swimwear.
Bare feet. Footwear is required at all times.
Clothing associated with gang affiliation or that may pose a safety concern.
Dirty or excessively torn clothing deemed inappropriate for the setting.
Masks, face coverings, or accessories that conceal identity may be restricted at management’s discretion for safety reasons.
