Welcome to our new Bourbon & Bites Series.
The first Thursday of every month we will feature 4 premium bourbons and specialty food pairings. November 5th will be a Sazaerac themed event featuring; Blanton's, Weller 12 Year, Weller Antique 107 and Stagg. Your ticket price includes food and bourbon.
Food pairing for November will be:
- Fried Flour Tortillas Tossed in Chili Lime Seasoning with Pimento Cheese
- Deviled Eggs with Bacon Jam, Capicola and Pickle
- Smoked Chicken Wings with Bourbon Glaze
- Fried Chicken Slider
- Bourbon Espresso Brownie with Cherry Glaze
At the end of the event all participants will be entered into a lottery for a chance to purchase
1 of 2 Pappy 10 Year bottles for $700 each.
1 of 8 Blanton's bottles for $100 each.
