Before dinner, there is Prep Hour. The kitchen is still working. Bread is baking. Sauces are reducing. Vegetables are being finished. Dinner is taking shape. And you're invited in. A special menu. A dedicated pour list. A few things from the kitchen as they become ready. Wine. Beer. Kitchen + Bar Bridge pours. Thursday to Saturday, 4:00 to 5:30 PM.

Taste of Benny's. Wednesdays only, 5:30 to 8:30 PM. A $45 per person prix fixe of what the kitchen is preparing that week. Book ahead so the kitchen can plan the night.
