12” Hand-stretched Neapolitan Style Pizza! Our dough is scratch-made from imported non-GMO, unbleached, unenriched pizza flour, water, salt and yeast, then fermented with care for the best flavor. Our sauce is simply imported Italian tomatoes, a little salt, olive oil and fresh basil. We use shredded whole milk mozzarella that is free of cellulose or any other funny business.
