By agreeing to the Reservation, you accept the following: Terms & Conditions Private Events• 3-Hour Reservations Thursday-Saturday...2-Hour Reservations | Sunday & Monday There will be a $250 fee applied to final bill if you go over your allotted time; your time is to include set up and clean up. Minimums not met will be charged to final bill. • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all private events. • Food and beverage minimums apply to the entire event group, including guests on separate checks. • Events over 100 guests are quoted individually. • No outside food or beverages are permitted without prior written approval. Dessert is permitted. No ice cream! • No smoking is permitted on the property, including vaping and electronic cigarettes. • Children under 18 are not permitted in the Tasting Room, Cellar Areas, Pond Patio, or Sunset Balcony. • No confetti, glitter, flower petals, rice, or similar materials are permitted. • Decorations may not be attached to winery property. • Nothing may be inserted into the ground, landscaping, flower beds, or lawn areas. • Event hosts are responsible for removing decorations and event materials at the conclusion of the event. We do not dispose of your decorations into our trash. You must bring your own garbage bags to dispose of your decorations. • The event host is responsible for damage caused by guests, vendors, or decorators. • Additional cleanup, repair, or damage charges may be assessed when necessary. • Jules Berta Winery & Pizzeria reserves the right to terminate an event for violations of venue policies. We are an operating winery and pizzeria offering al fresco dining surrounded by natural beauty atop Sand Mountain. Our venue offers wood-fired pizza, charcuterie, wine slushies, and wine tasting flights, as well as a gift shop and gift cards. Our wine tastings consist of wines from our estate grown grapes, local sweet muscadine and sweet fruit wines. We are building a heritage to pass down through the generations. Farming, it has become a way of life for us so expect Southern hospitality from a farmer's perspective. We are the original where all else follows!
