📌 Reservation Policy — English At Besos Cocina y Cantina, we are committed to providing you with the best service and experience. To ensure availability and proper organization of your event, the following reservation policies apply: Service Charge As per industry standard, automatic gratuity of 20% will be included for parties of 6 or more. There are no service charges included for regular reservations. Deposits may be required to reserve the Patio or Private Dining Area (Party Room), or when reserving more than 15 people, depending on the day, time, and whether it is a holiday or special event (e.g., Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Super Bowl, Sports finals, World Cup). All deposits will be credited to the bill at the end of the dining experience. Deposits will be forfeited and not refunded in the event of no-shows. Pre-Authorization Requirement For reservations of 15 or more, a credit or debit card pre-authorization may be required at the restaurant's discretion.
