Competition St. Louis-Style Spare Ribs (AKA- The Butcher's Cut). Each individual rack is hand seasoned with our Big C's Championship Rib Rub and a very thin layer of Big Grill Gourmet BBQ Sauce. We find that smoking ribs 4-6 hours in pure smoke yields tender deep flavored ribs that are moist and meaty that melts in your mouth.

(5 - 6 bones) 1/2 Rack Competition St. Louis-Style Ribs

Our briskets are Wet Aged for 12 to 18 days then smoked with Hickory logs with a hint of other hardwoods for about 12 to 15 hours. Texas-style brisket means three things: Smokey, tender with a savory bite.

Whole jumbo chicken wings are smoked and brushed with our In-House Honey Peach Barbecue Sauce. Order early these wings go fast!
