A Very Merry Big Grove Reservation Policy: We’re excited to welcome you to A Very Merry Big Grove! Please review these details before booking so we can make the experience enjoyable for everyone. Reservations are available to parties up to 10 guests. Reservations are for the number of guests listed in your booking, including children. Please contact us in advance if your party size changes. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but additional seats are subject to availability. Arrival and seating: Please arrive on time. We’ll hold your table for 15 minutes after your reservation time. If you’re running late, give us a call. After the hold period, we may release the table to other guests. Your reservation is for 2 hours, beginning at the scheduled reservation time. We’ll let you know when it’s time to wrap up so the next party can enjoy the holiday experience. Cancellations: If your plans change, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance using your confirmation link. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a $5 per person cancellation fee charged to the card used to hold the reservation. Weather-Related Cancellations: Big Grove reserves the right to cancel reservations due to inclement weather. If your reservation is affected, our team will make every effort to reschedule your visit for another date, subject to availability. Requests and walk-ins: We’re happy to note seating requests and special occasions, though we can’t guarantee a particular table. Walk-ins are welcome when space is available. A reservation does not include tickets to any separately priced event or activity unless your booking confirmation says otherwise. Food, drinks, and accessibility: Food and beverages are purchased separately [unless a reservation package says otherwise]. Please let us know about allergies or accessibility needs when booking so we can prepare for your visit. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
