Please note: If you called ahead for parties Friday- Sunday we will try to get your party sat right away though you are not guaranteed a table upon arrival. Thank you in advance for your understanding. Igloo Reservations: This winter, experience cozy outdoor dining with our Igloo Rentals on the Iowa City Patio! Each private igloo is beautifully decorated, heated for comfort, and perfect for enjoying food, award-winning beer, and good company. Whether you're planning a special night out or a gathering with friends, our igloos offer a unique and festive way to make winter memories. Each Igloo Reservation can accommodate up to 6 guests and provides a cozy, two-hour experience. Your group will have access to our full menu during your visit. By booking, you are agreeing to the terms stated below. IGLOO RESERVATIONS TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT: This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made effective by and between Big Grove Iowa City, LLC (the “Venue” or “we”) and the Client (or “you” or “your”). CANCELLATION & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: If you are unable to make your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. For late arrivals, please note that we cannot extend your reservation to make up for lost time, and it will reduce the duration of your booking. INCLEMENT WEATHER: The Venue cannot guarantee weather conditions. If the client cancels the event due to weather conditions (rain, snow, etc), the cancellation policy will still be in effect. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event if severe weather conditions are imminent or if the Venue has any reason to believe the workers and/or guests may be in danger. FOOD AND BEVERAGE / MINIMUMS / TAX / SERVICE FEE: Reservations: $100 Food and Beverage Minimum (excluding gratuity) A 6% state sales tax, 20% gratuity, and 3% convenience fee, are additional to the food and beverage minimum. A Rental Fee will be applied if the food and beverage minimum is not met. Packaged To-go beverages and Merchandise may be used to meet the minimum. Gift card purchases are excluded. IGLOO USAGE AND GUIDELINES FOOD: In consultation with the Venue, the Client must purchase food and beverages from the Venue. Clients are allowed to bring in outside desserts. ALCOHOL: No alcohol purchased from anywhere except the Venue shall be permitted on the premises and, if discovered, will be confiscated. Clients will have access to the beer, wine, seltzers, and liquor provided by the brewery. Excessive consumption of alcohol is not allowed, and guests who are too intoxicated will be asked to leave the premises. The Venue reserves the right not to serve any guest. Big Grove IC, LLC warrants that it carries dram shop liability insurance. NON-SMOKING FACILITY: The Venue is a non-smoking facility and grounds. This includes the brewery, restaurant, patio, and outdoor public spaces. There is one designated smoking area on the property. TIME: The party hosts will arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the scheduled Reservation. Each Reservation is a two-hour time slot and will end immediately after. DECORATING: Upon booking, you will have the option to choose from three decorated igloos, subject to availability. We kindly ask that no additional themed decorations be brought in. Simple signs such as "Happy Birthday" or "Happy Holidays" are welcome, but we request that they be removed at the conclusion of your reservation CLEANING: The Reservation space will be clean before your Reservation. Vomit of an attendee during the Reservation in the Reservation space will automatically result in a $250 cleaning fee. DAMAGES: The Client hereby agrees to be fully responsible for any damage or destruction of the Venue property caused by the Client or any of its guests during the Reservation. Any incident of damaged or stolen items will result in a $250 fee. By approving this Reservation Agreement, the signee says they have read and understood the Reservation Agreement for their Big Grove Brewery & Taproom Igloo Reservation.
