Special events, Experiences, and prepaid offerings may have separate policies, which will be displayed at the time of booking and supersede this policy. A valid credit card is required to secure reservations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time, arrivals more than 15 minutes late, or no-shows may incur a $25 per person fee, which will be charged to the card on file.
