Bittersweet is a bakery, deli, and coffee shop from the team behind Penny Drip in downtown Fort Wayne. When opening a second daytime concept, the goal wasn’t to create another Penny Drip. Instead, Bittersweet was built around the idea of becoming the kind of neighborhood spot you can stop into every day — for a fresh bagel in the morning, coffee and pastries in the afternoon, or a sandwich from the deli at lunch.
