Black Eden Brews' take on this Louisville classic. A buttery grilled breakfast croissant snadwhich with thin sliced turkey, melty cheddar cheese, an egg your way, served with our creamy "Idlewild Hot Brown" sauce on the side.

We added an extra layer of 'French' to ours cuz it's made with a buttery French croissant, dipped in cinnamon egg custard, then grilled. Served with two sausages & your choice of maple syrup or our homemade jam.
