Modifying your Reservation Our guests can book, modify, or cancel reservations all on their own! Find your email confirmation and click "Manage Reservation" or "Cancel Reservation". If you need assistance, don't hesitate to get in touch with our host team during operating hours by phone at (480) 912-1212 or manager@blacksheep.wine Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours before your reservation. Large Groups For groups of 11 or more looking to book a reservation, contact manager@blacksheep.wine before booking. A large group requires a more detailed booking process. Booking as a Group When booking a reservation, if you plan to sit together as a group, you MUST all book together in one transaction! This is the only way we know you want to sit together. Separate reservations may be seated apart and served by different team members, so booking together is the best way to ensure your time with us is seamless and special. Running Late Policy We allow a 15-minute grace period from the time of your reservation to your party's arrival. If you arrive late, but within 15 minutes, you will be put at the top of the waitlist if there is one. PLEASE communicate with our hosts if you are running a bit late at (480) 912-1212. In addition, checking in early doesn't guarantee your table will be ready, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. Party Must Be Present Your entire party must arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled reservation time. 2 Hour Guest Experience Each reservation is allocated a 2-hour time slot. Please kindly understand that during peak hours, we may need to adhere to this time limit to accommodate other guests with reservations awaiting their seating.
