Blank Slate is a chef-driven private event space in Encinitas, CA, on Highway 101—designed as a true blank canvas for intimate gatherings, private dining, and thoughtfully curated celebrations. Each event is personalized, with seasonal, chef-led cuisine at the center. On Wednesdays, Blank Slate shifts into a community-driven restaurant, opening to the public for a weekly dining experience. Throughout the month, we host a rotating lineup of pop-ups and special events—bringing fresh flavors, creativity, and connection to North County San Diego.
