Chambourcins great acidity and fruit flavors are well suited to sparkling rosé; and unique to Letizia is the ripeness at which the grapes are picked. To get a little funkier, we then rack this beer to a fleet of red wine barrels from local vineyard Thatch Winery on top of one pound of raspberry puree per gallon of beer. This jammy raspberry explosion of a beverage remains one of our most anticipated seasonal releases each year.

For a creative first variant to this year's batch, we've aged a portion of the brew on sweet cherry puree. The natural sugars of the fruit play with the high acidity in this special beer for a delicious sweet/tart combination that makes the cherry flavor bright and refreshing.
