ROUGH DRAFT Style: American Fruited Wheat Ale Body: Medium Color: Hazy golden ABV: 6.0%. 16oz This second collaboration between The Thomas Jefferson Foundation and Blue Mountain Brewery is a year-long celebration of the 250th anniversary of the signing of The Declaration of Independence and comes in the form of a delicious summer wheat beer featuring a taste of the land with peaches from Monticello's Tufton Farm. The wheat and barley malt are the base of this ale, which is fermented with a neutral yeast to leave the main stage to the lightly bready unfiltered flavor of the grains and a finish of fresh peach. Hazy-golden color. 6.0% alcohol by volume.
